Howdy!! and welcome to Calgary!! I know Stampede is over for another year but i couldn't resist sharing just one more YAH-HOO!!!

Welcome to the Cross Canada July Blog Hop featuring the current Operation Smile Stamp Set, "Happy Everything". When you purchase this stamp set, Close To My Heart will donate $3 to Operation Smile, a non-profit organization that performs life-altering surgeries what will give children confidence for a lifetime. They have performed over 220,000 surgeries since being founded in 1982.

If you have just hopped onto my blog, you can start here as this is a circular hop. If you came from Lucy's Blog then you are in the right place!

This a great set for a great cause, and here is the top fold card that I created.

I used sunset and Juniper Card stock along with an embossed Coke can (yes I said Coke can).

here is the inside.

This a great set for a great cause!

  1. Would love to see how you did the embossed coke can. I'd be scared I'd cut myself. Lovely card....it is a great idea, and use of materials.

  2. Love this! I've embossed drink cans before - the edges can be sharp. I've applied alcohol inks to them to colour as well....wonder how our markers would do on this?!
